Back when Thaddeus owned a feed and supply store, he only sold products that he would use on his own farm. He’s continued to stay true to that perspective while focusing on financial lending for cattle. His knowledge of feeding, breeding and husbandry has really helped him build relationships with customers, whether they’re a smaller operation or one with 5,000 head of cattle. Straight out of college, he began working at the co-op level doing crop rotation and nutrition. He eventually found himself working as a lender at a local bank, then soon joined the Land O’Lakes Finance team, where he’s worked for over 6 years now. Ultimately, Thaddeus feels like he can empathize with his customers because he’s not simply a lender, he’s just another farmer with a lifelong passion for cattle.
