Justin provides a generational perspective of agriculture to every customer he helps. While he’s spent a majority of his career in ag lending (and even some time as a private agribusiness developer), growing up on a fifth-generation farm is where he realized that livestock and grain production would have a significant place in his life. Being a key player in the industry for over 20 years, he still has an unquenchable desire to give his Midwest livestock producers the best service possible. As with his own active family farm, Justin’s hope is that every customer he works with can take the momentum they’ve gained with him and nurture it into future successes once their farm is passed onto their kids and grandkids.
