Bob enjoys accessing a dual lens within the ag industry. His macro-perspective as a Land O’Lakes employee gives him access to its varied, multiple business units. His micro-perspective in its Finance Company allows him to glimpse into the needs of his customers, so he can offer products and services to help them succeed. His fascination with this “double vision” began on his family farm in western Iowa. It was certainly bolstered by his Bachelor’s in Agricultural Business and Master’s in Agribusiness. With 30+ years in ag lending experience (25 at Land O’Lakes alone), Bob admits that the strong work ethic and decision-making skills he’s gained over the years are the result of his farm upbringing and the priceless relationships he’s had with producers over the decades.
